Considering commissioning me for art? Please read my Terms below to become familiar with my process!Commissioning me for a fursuit? JUMP UNDER ART TOS!1. I reserve the right to deny service to any individual.
2. My art is made by me, while the owner's rights are yours, please appropriately credit me when posting/storing my pieces and do not remove any watermarks or signatures without written permission from me.
3. Commissioner must be age 16 years or older
4. CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY-
Any commission must be made in full. Once the piece is started, a half refund may be given until after the sketch, where no refund will be offered. This is my time and it cannot be given back - if I have not started on your piece a full refund may be given.
5. PROCESS/CHANGES POLICY-
Any commission has unlimited adjustments/changes (within reason). This is valid through the sketch approval, where I will establish I am ready to move on to line work and color, and require direct approval of the sketch presented. This is to ensure customer satisfaction, I want it to be as accurate to your character/pet/etc as possible! Once the sketch is approved I will move to lining, coloring, etc., changes allowed will be minor including color, feature placement, line weight, and similar changes.
6. ILLNESS/EMERGENCY AND COMMUNICATION POLICY-
I will regularly make an effort to communicate with you through the commission process. I can update you on your commission's progress upon request, and will do so at every major step otherwise (sketch, lines, color, shading, rendering, finished) unless otherwise communicated (I.e. a surprise!). In the event of an emergency, illness, or other major event that may affect the delivery of your commission will be communicated as quickly as possible. I will provide proof necessary if requested (within reason). If you stop communicating with me for any reason and I use either a) one or more platforms to attempt to reach you within 4 weeks of last contact OR b) reach out to you without a response within 8 weeks of last contact on a single platform; your commission will be considered canceled and will halt all progress until communication has returned. IF no communication is made between us within six months your commission may not be resumed without additional fees.
7. NSFW POLICY-
All NSFW commissions MUST pass an ID verification. You will be required to present an ID (you can cover everything but your name and birthday) and a picture to verify that the commissioner is of age. I REFUSE to allow anyone under the age of 18 to commission anything of this nature and will not tolerate attempts to do so for any reason. NSFW comes with an additional base fee of (+$20). Please contact me for more information.
DEADLINE POLICY -
I am not amazing with meeting deadlines sometimes depending on what is going on in my life. If you need art by a certain date, you need to inform me ahead of me accepting your commission. I have severe depression and go through periods where I cannot do much because of my mental health, so I cannot guarantee a deadline most of the time. I will continue to make slower progress and communicate these changes very readily through these periods but wanted to make this known.
FURSUIT TOS1. I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason2. PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans add $100 overall to the cost of the suit.
2a. Down payment. All suits have a nonrefundable 25% down payment. This is to be used for materials, ordered specifically for your project, and is hence nonrefundable. Work will begin after 50% of cost of suit (excluding shipping) has been paid. Work will total the percentage paid on the suit, so if 50% of the suit is paid, up to 50% of the suit’s work will be completed before the next payments.
2b. Payment plans must be directly arranged with Gnomelydragon. Terms of payment plans require commissioner to pay a set minimum payment of $100 at minimum once per calendar month.
2c. Methods of payment. For payment plans, only PayPal and cashapp are accepted. Notes must include “For “fursuit name””3. REFUNDS
While refunds and cancellations are rare, they can happen. There are a few things to keep in mind concerning them:3a. You will have at least 3 calendar days from the date of your down payment to cancel for a no-questions-asked full refund. This is a grace period before materials are purchased.3b. After materials are ordered the 25% down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. Should you ask for a refund before work has begun, money cannot be returned but the materials can be sent to the commissioner, commissioner assumes all shipping costs associated.3c. After work has begun, we can still accept cancellations but we can no longer refund your suit or any payments made. All payments are assumed to cover all labor, and in the event of a cancellation all labor is forfeit. All work not FULLY paid or is considered property of Gnomelydragon and may be repurposed, sold, or otherwise in the event of a late-stage cancellation. Suits may be sent at commissioner's request along with relevant materials. Shipping cost is assumed by commissioner.3d. In the event of a non-payment, 1 singular month's grace period is given in which time I will coordinate with you to get things caught up. In the event of repeated non-payment (2 consecutive calendar months from previous payment) work will be assumed abandoned and the commission will be cancelled. Some exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis so if you need accomodations it is always better to be up-front and honest. If you decide you want to cancel your commission let me know immediately via our ongoing communication platform.4. CHARACTER CHANGES AND ADJUSTMENTS
Character changes happen, it’s not the end of the world! If your character has a minor change you’d like accommodated while I am working on your suit, this is absolutely possible!
4a. Minor adjustments NOT requiring additional materials: if the adjustments do not require additional materials to be ordered, adjustments are $25 as a one time fee for minor design changes.
4b. Minor adjustments requiring additional material to be ordered:
Color change? New scars? Commissioner will pay one time $25 adjustment fee and cost of materials and associated shipping.
4c. Major adjustments/character changes. Before work has begun, character changes or major adjustments are possible and will incur a $75 fee and cost of new materials plus associated shipping. After work has begun, major adjustments and character changes are possible but incur a $150 character change fee to cover labor already done as well as new materials plus associated shipping.Minor changes:
Small markings, scars
Eye color/pattern
Tongue/gum/mouth/tongue colors
Placement of featureMajor changes:
Fur colors
Species
Patterns/markings
Fur textures/materials5. DEADLINES and TURNAROUND TIME
Have a deadline? Be up front and honest! This is case-by-case as complexity can heavily influence how long parts will take.
5a. TURNAROUND TIMES
A commissioner can expect to have a rough turnaround timeline given to them upon receipt of full payment and/or materials delivery. Here’s a rough idea of what to expect!
Parts: 1-4 weeks (dependent on complexity)
Heads: 1-2 months (dependent on complexity
Mini partials: 2-3 months (dependent on complexity)
Full partials: 3-4 months (dependent on complexity
I DO NOT offer full suits at this time.
DISCLAIMER: TAT may increase for high complexity commissions
5b. TURNAROUND TIMES AND PAYMENT PLANS: On a payment plan, turnaround times can take a little longer if the suit is not fully paid off. As stated above, suits will only be completed up to percentage paid on them, so if your suit is 80% paid it will be 80% completed before it is paid for fully. If a payment plan extends beyond average turnaround times, expect your suit to take longer.
DISCLAIMER: just because your suit is 80% paid DOES NOT mean it will be absolutely 80% done. Work on suits is prioritized different from this. See 5c.
5c. PRIORITY AND QUEUE:
Queue will be worked on in order of fully paid suits first, and is first come first serve. The first fully paid off suit in my queue will be worked on first before the next, and these take priority over the suits on payment plans that are still being paid on.QUESTIONS? Contact me! I can provide my queue upon request but do not have a public queue at the moment.
